Nearly 90 Flights Linked to Jeffrey Epstein Reportedly Arrived at or Departed from British Airports

A review has identified that close to 90 flights associated to Jeffrey Epstein are said to have landed at and took off from UK airfields, with some allegedly having onboard women from the UK who claim they were abused by the convicted sex offender.

Aviation Records Uncover Trail of Movement

These aviation records were among a trove of legal papers and papers made public by Epstein’s estate that have been released over the past year. The review identified 87 flights connected to Epstein – including many that were previously unknown – coming into or leaving from UK airports between the early 1990s and 2018.

Passenger Details and After Guilty Verdict Travel

Unnamed women were listed among the travelers travelling into and out of the UK. Significantly, 15 of these flights involving the UK happened subsequent to Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a child.

“This is ‘appalling’ that there had never been a ‘comprehensive British inquiry’ into his operations in the country,” said US lawyers acting for numerous Epstein victims.

British Victims and Court Cases

Testimony from one of the British victims aided the conviction of Epstein’s associate socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. But, that survivor has not been approached by UK authorities, as stated by her Florida-based lawyer.

In a response, the London's Metropolitan Police stated they had “not received any further information that would support reopening the investigation.” They commented, “If new and relevant information be presented to us, encompassing any arising from the release of documents in the US, we will assess it.”

Ongoing Document Release and Legal Rulings

A bill to release every document held by the American government in regarding Epstein was approved by the House and Senate last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to adhere to this requirement. A vast number of files are anticipated to be made public.

Additionally, a federal judge decided last week that the department could publicly release evidence from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is serving a 20-year jail term over the allegations.
